Cigarfest will be held for 2 Big days this year under the tent alongside The White Dog Bistro at Mathews Market Days Festival on both Friday & Saturday, September 6th & 7th, 2013.
This event will feature a festival theme atmosphere with food, BBQ, Scotch tasting, cigar samples and camaraderie with cigar smokers from all over Virginia.
Price is $25 per person per day or those wanting to upgrade their experience, there is a VIP package which includes food for $50 per day with BBQ and Tastings. VIP Couple tickets are also available for an additional $25. Couple tickets include an additional food ticket and access to the VIP area for seating and cocktail service for your significant other.
VIP lounge will have a private cocktail service cash bar. Your ticket will include 3 cigars and a goody bag. There will also be live music from 8:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. both nights.
Enjoying cigars is a very personal experience. Size, strength, flavor, the way you cut the cigar, light the cigar, and hold the cigar are all personal preference. One smoker’s medium-body cigar might be considered by another to be a full-body stick. What you may consider a medium-bodied smoke might be a mild smoke to someone else. Much of the way you’ll learn to savor a stogie will come down to what feels right to you. We will have instructional seminars all throughout the afternoon during the event.
